1 Business Identity & Jurisdiction

Shammies Auto Spa LLC is an Arizona limited liability company operating primarily in Graham County, Arizona, and surrounding areas. All services are deemed rendered within the State of Arizona, regardless of customer residency or vehicle registration.

2 Scope of Services (Cosmetic Only)

Shammies Auto Spa LLC provides cosmetic vehicle detailing services only, which may include:

Interior cleaning and conditioning
Exterior washing and detailing
Waxing, sealants, and protectants
Paint enhancement and correction (limited)
Odor treatment

We do NOT provide: Mechanical repair, electrical repair, bodywork, structural repair, or paint restoration beyond stated service scope. No service implies or guarantees mechanical integrity, manufacturer condition, or long-term durability.

3 Vehicle Ownership & Authorization

By authorizing service, you represent and warrant that:

You are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to approve service
The vehicle is safe to service
You have disclosed all known defects, including prior paintwork, weak clear coat, electrical issues, leaks, aftermarket modifications, fragile trim, or interior damage

You understand that detailing may expose, reveal, or worsen pre-existing damage including scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, clear coat failure, upholstery wear, cracked plastics, headliner sagging, water intrusion issues, and weak adhesives. Shammies Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing, hidden, latent, or undisclosed condition.

4 Results & Expectation Disclaimer

Auto detailing results vary based on vehicle age, condition, usage, and maintenance history. We do not guarantee:

"Like-new" appearance
Complete stain removal
Permanent odor elimination
Scratch removal unless explicitly stated

Cosmetic improvement does not equal restoration.

5 Biohazards & Extreme Conditions

Vehicles containing any of the following must be disclosed prior to service:

Excessive pet hair
Mold or mildew
Bodily fluids
Human or animal waste
Needles or sharp objects
Insect infestations

We reserve the right to refuse service, stop service immediately, apply hazard surcharges, or require protective equipment fees if these conditions are found.

6 Personal Property & Vehicle Access

You agree to:

Remove all personal items prior to service
Secure all valuables
Ensure timely access to the vehicle

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

7 Mobile Detailing Terms

For mobile services, you are responsible for providing:

Legal and safe parking
Adequate working space
Permission to be on the property
Unobstructed access

Service may be refused or stopped due to unsafe conditions, weather, property restrictions, or interference. No refunds are owed if service is halted for these reasons.

8 Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes are estimates based on disclosed condition. Undisclosed conditions may result in additional charges.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may result in late fees, collection actions, or refusal of future service.

9 Cancellations & No-Shows

Our cancellation policy:

Cancellations require 24 hours notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits
Repeat violations may result in refusal of future service

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Shammies Auto Spa LLC shall NOT be liable for:

Mechanical failures
Electrical failures
Paint or clear coat failure
Manufacturer defects
Normal wear and tear

Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shammies Auto Spa LLC, its owners, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions, customer negligence, third-party interference, or vehicle condition beyond our control.

12 Claims & Inspection Window

All concerns must be reported BEFORE leaving the service location or WITHIN 24 HOURS of service completion. Claims made outside this window may be denied.

13 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, including unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, illegal activity, misrepresentation, or non-payment.

14 Media & Marketing Authorization

Unless you opt out in writing, you grant permission for non-identifying photos or videos of your vehicle to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

15 Governing Law & Venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Graham County, Arizona, or Arizona Small Claims Court where applicable.

16 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications or representations.
